What will change Africa?

There has been a lot on news lately of how things are not changing  much for Africa, take Aid for example, there is hardly sufficient evidence to support that Aid is helping Africa develop? Looking at politics across the continent leaves a very damning image? What do you think will change Africa? What will bring true development? What do you suggest should be done to improve things and bring about peace and prosperity in Africa?
